The Laytcomers Pop Grave (Basic Sharpie) (Fremont, 2017) :

This album was previously published under the name Basic Sharpie. This is a revised and remastered version of it with more songs added, that brings it to the length of the LP. Some of the inspirations include early Nick Cave, Shoes This High, The Fall, The Clean.

The album is a cautionary tale about dangers of sharpies, tinders and pop graves. It’s about frustration and anger with the modern lives that we are living in the suburban graves, coming out of claustrophobic Bay Area garage. In recording we used a 4-track recorder and a laptop.
